El presidente estadounidense, Joe Biden, visitó este lunes Kiev para reunirse con su homólogo ucraniano, Volodímir Zelenski, y anunciar 500 millones de dólares en ayuda militar a Ucrania, en un gesto de solidaridad para marcar el aniversario de la invasión rusa que se cumple el 24 de febrero.
