Mexico and Panama stamped their tickets to the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup Bahamas 2017 after advancing to the final of the 2017 CONCACAF Beach Soccer Championship.

El Tri, the reigning CONCACAF champions, defeated Guadeloupe 3-0 in the semi-finals thanks to goals from Jose Ramon Maldonado Alonso and Diego Oswaldo Rodriguez.

Panama, meanwhile, will travel to the Bahamas to participate for the first time in a World Cup after beating El Salvador in a tightly-contested match that was separated on penalties. With the contest poised at 2-2, Los Canaleros held firm in the shoot-out to book a maiden world finals spot.

The FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup Bahamas 2017 will be played in Nassau between 27 April and 7 May, where the host nation and 15 other countries will compete for the world prize.
