The National Open Frontenis Tournament starts with more than 150 players coming from 12 states, besides of those foreigners representing the American selection.
At a press conference the Racquetball Club Committee reported that the sum of prizes include a total of 254,000 pesos.
Luis Pérez León, president of the Committee, said that the tournament will take place over three days, starting today and ending on Sunday.
Professional player, Ignacio Ahumada, mentioned that the contestants will participate within the following categories: solo and couples (Male); solo and couples (Female), Veterans couples and youth couples.
The competition system is simple knockout in general.
